hello , my problem is.. in the main page of the site there's messages the admins put like news or updates on the site
and under it there's latest 5 forum messages , whenever an admin makes a new "message" the entire block goes down and its getting really low , now i was wondering if there's a way to make the blocks on the main page (there's also a shout box) to be above the messages module because i want people to see it without having to scroll down


my second problem is adding smillies to the forum .. i went to the forums control panel and clicked on add new smily pak and the drop down menu didnt have any options even tho i uploaded one to my site.. i could really use some help on how to add new smiles to my forums
