So there is a way to change this seeing as someone already has once? Im trying to figure out what line of code inside of what file would control this change, not for the benefit of any public viewing, for the benefit of my own vision when I am helping to update things and the like. I mean. Make a htm/html file and set the background to silver or #C0C0C0 and the text to white.... If you can just imagine that without making the document even..
