You know what? I am pretty sure it is a NukeCops Enhanced Bundle error now, they didn't set up the install right to work out of the box. I am terribly sorry for trying to blame your theme. I know how frustrating it can be when you offer so much support and it is the users problem and not the support sites product, as I help with support on some sites as well, not php related, obviously.
