OK..you site is running nuke6.5 right?

Then download the Newsletter 6.5 patch from your Fixes download Category and replace the index.php file. Your error should magically disappear.

If your site is running Nuke6.0 then the original Newlsetter module in our Downloads should be working. Otherwise, you need the patched index.php file from the Fixes.
