I just looked at that site and the source code.... you could make a block to do that i suppose, but that is not a block he used... he just used a table... you can do that easy in your news aritcles - only takes a few min to do an entire page if you got all your links copied in notpad
and your pics uploaded to the site

just take practise like everything else
