You mean remove the skin and then put it back?

If it is the skin I want to find out so maybe I can fix it! If not then I need to look elsewhere!

Then you have to go back into Modules management in Nuek Admin and reactivate, reset all your modules.
This has happened to his site about 4 or 5 times for no apparrent reason. One minute it's fine, the next whammo.
I don't think it is a theme problem since he had the same thing happen on a previous theme.
And I don't know a proper solution as of yet.

The issue isn't with the skin. You need to move the blocks or modules out and back in and reset them.

IACOJ, that is what he has to do to fix it. Just like I said. You have to move all the modules OUT of the modules folder on the FTP and then move them back. But the problem shows it's ugly head again after a couple weeks or so.

I only know because I help manage his site a little :-)
