Mike - I dont need to claim anything - I might have implied a few things between the lines. But I have not said that any of your themes are rip offs.

What I have stated is that I have a grievance that a theme you have released is credited by a person who is a member of a site who has downloaded the conversion previously - and that it seems a ( if you read back ) a coincidence, and there is no defamation within this thread. Just questions as to how this particular theme was released and if it was credited "properly"

OK..this is TOO funny.
I just downloaded your theme TalkNuke.
It is OBVIOUS that breakolami did NOT steal your theme like you seem to be assuming.
YOUR THEME I installed on my test site.
It's BROKEN I hope you know. You might want to work on it.
I also noticed on your site that you have been using some of our graphics and themes on your site.
I also noticed that the you use a few graphics of ours here and there which I appreciate :-)
Looks like you have been using a lot of downloadable material from our site here :-)
I also noticed how you kinda copy our own footer we put on our releases ...nice :-)
We appreciate the admiration from you.

Now,
The theme pack you have CREATED looks NOTHING like the one I finished for breakolami.

The fact of the matter is this.
breakolami says he did NOT download your them from your site. I for one, believe him.
If we had ANY idea that you site had already created a theme for this template, then we would have checked it out ourselves. We had no idea your site even EXISTED until you came to our Forums accusing someone of stealing your work.
At least your site may get a little recognition for this little stir up. Don't count on it too much. :wink:

You might want to remove this from your front page :twisted:
unless you can back it up with FACTS.
