Is there a way to turn on all profile settings, eg: at the moment if (Big if) I get a new member to my forum and they reply or post for the first time, then someone like myself post a reply they dont get a reply mail because there Profile is set not to receive replys etc..

Is there a file I can edit so all Profile settings are switched on, and of course new users can edit as they wish after ?
