Well, I think it extends beyond this. I belive the first issue is due to a CSS issue in the chronicles/forum part, but I am not sure where it is.

Second issue, I know basic HTML, that simple, but I think there is also a CSS code somewhere for the Administrator and Registered User part that needs to be changed, and I am unsure where this is. I was hoping for some direction to this.
