I don't know what it is maybe it's because I am female, or maybe it's because the tech guys have the same heart as car mechanics, or maybe it's immaturity, I don't know but I got burned yet once again.

I paid to get hosting from someone who claimed to be a "trusted host" and he underhandedly took payment yet never set me up to get hosting. (I don't think he comes to this site). Today is the third day I've tried to get him to make good on this.

My question is where do I register a complaint? Is there a type of eBBB (Better Business Bureau) for these kinds of things?

I am so mad I am ready to start a site where people can express thier good and bad experiences with tech/nuke/web guys. I'm serious.
