Never buy hosting from someone who doesn't supply a number or contact address.

I get hosting from my m8 (3GB Storage for £25 :P) so obviously if there is a prob i can get in touch easily.

When looking for hosts try to find reviews, as Dar said "Name and Shame" other people will have done that, you do the same and this creep wont get anymore business.

As for legal action i aint really sure which way to go on that...
