Just create a new block, call it what you like and copy&paste the following into it, you can do that as many times as you like.

CAT1
TheTextyouWantDisplayed
TheTextyouWantDisplayed
TheTextyouWantDisplayed
CAT2
TheTextyouWantDisplayed
TheTextyouWantDisplayed
TheTextyouWantDisplayed

That would give you a basic list
