I currently have it installed on my own pc for testing. PC is running Windows XP with Apache 1.3.3 and php 4.3.9. Since it's running on Win32 case shouldn't be an issue but since I normally run these sites on linux/unix servers that was the first thing I checked.

I'm going to try installing the module on a version of phpnuke I know is currently working correctly to see if maybe something bad happened when I upgraded from 7.4 to 7.5.
