Go back and read your replies, this time read them as if you are a customer who got taken for a ride and ask yourself, "How would I feel if I got this kind of treatment" and "How would I feel if someone replied to me like this after having been burned".

You might learn something about business if you do. Maybe you might learn empathy. Oh gosh, is empathy a big word for you? Obviously it is, in your world it's undoable. Do you even know what it means? Of course not.
