Emm thats a new one on me, have you looked to see if the file is actualy there in your root/ directory (public_html)

Also please note iam having some bradband issues at the moment so if anyone eles could continue this thread, that would be great.

PS: if at any time you cant get this to work, just put your config.php file, user_prefix back to nuke.
