I got my info from php.net about the bug with linux. There has been a bug since last November. I lot of people have experienced the same problem (same error). Good luck, see what your host has to say about it.

Also with the fisubsilver theme (The 2 themes I like the most! both from forum image!... bad luck! :?

Figured out something... if the directory structure of the theme is like the default - onliy the folders images, style and the files index.html, theme.php and theme.php.bak, everything works fine....

So are you saying that admin is sending the wrong url path when you select the themes that are causing problems?

Send a PM to Mikem and let him see the page with the errors, maybe he will recognise and know the problem/solution.

Our themes are laid out just liek they should be uploaded.
IN the packs there is a themes folder. ALL you do is upload the FOLDER that is in the themes fodler to YOUR themes folder on your FTP.
in the fiapple case.
themes/fiapple.
upload the fiapple folder to your themes folder.

If the problem you are having is prevolent in those two themes, then MORE users would be having the same problems. I have uploaded BOTH the theme packs you are talking about to my Nuke6.5 tessite and Nuke6.0/phpBBport test site as well and they both work fine.

Those EVAL CODE errors are because you did not uplaod the theme correctly.
The eval codes are trying to call the files specified(header.html, blocks.html, story_home.html, etc.) and it does not see them.

Really strange... but I'm sure I did upload the files the right way ! More than one time ! I'm pretty sure now there is a problem with my web host, because it's working fine at Lycos and local(intranet).
