I can't seem to re-create your viewing problem, ive tryed it on 3 different PC's, a regular 17 Monitor, and flat screen 15" & my Laptop...... all at the 1024 setting.....

The only thing I can think of, is, have you got the correct drivers installed for your 19" Flat Screen, although its standard it will/would seem to be working correctly, however it still might need its own drivers, just a thought

Don't have the problem, either, on a 1024 setting with a 17" CRT screen!

I am guessing you guys may be right about the monitor settings. I have a flat panel but no drivers are required or offered for it. I did check my other computers and as you all have said.....No problems. It's strange why the other theme didn't give me issues on this monitor. or maybe it did and I never really paid that close attention.
Thanks for the help
