I use flblack and flsubsilver on my site. I thought I had downloaded the correct files for my seperate, not integrated forums but no. So, where can I download the matching themes for a separate PHPBB 2.0.2 forum?

Look under the downloads section. The ported Forum templates are under phpBB2 ported styles.
