theme issue

I am having problems installing the theme "Pack-fiblack3d"
The issue is that when I select the theme in PHP-Nuke Admin. area it does fine.But when it tries to load the screen back up it comes to a fatal error saying it can't link to footer.php or something like that...WTF?!
