nope, i havent added any, its just that my homepage will only show my navigation and how many users are on. and thats on the left of the page. nothing on the right. i tried to go into the admin and change the position of some of the blocks to the left and they still didnt show up.

This is usually the result of your theme not using the latest security feature(s)in the latest patches.



In your theme.php find:

if ($index == 1) {



and change to:

if (defined('INDEX_FILE')) {

Also make sure that your modules have define('INDEX_FILE', true); if you want the right blocks to appear.

ty so much guys...sorry duke for messin around. just trying to find a theme i like. and one more question, my home page them never changes from its current theme. www.screaminmachines.com thanks for any help guys

you need to patch your site...and themes

Make sure you read the README.txt file. It tells you what MANUAL changes you need to make. Otherwise, you upload the replacement files, overwriting your existing ones, and then point your browser to
yoursite.com/upgrade.php

If your trying to change the sites default theme then you need to do that in admin/preferences, if your just trying to chang your theme then you need to do that in your account/themes.

He never specified what version he was running in this thread until after my post. regardless, it's always a good suggestion.
It sounds more like he has messed with some files or modified something incorrectly at this point.
