That would be a slow or bad connection, or you have reached a limit ie: allowed to upload or copy&paste in the query box.

Your main problem is that some of the tables are the same, there should be a upgrade folder within your download, find that or find out what tables need to be upgraded. Then you will have to manualy sql these tables etc...

However heres a suggestion, download your exsisting database (structure & data) then download data only. This is for if anything goes wrong.

Now create a new database or just drop the old one completly.

Run the nuke.sql to create the new database & its tables, then run your (downloaded) data file into your new database. Thats it.......
