I am setting up a hosting company and wish to use themes that are available here.

All themes the I will be using will be modified to suit the site templates I am to provide.

All themes will be free of charge and available for free registered users of my site.

All credit, copyright, and license notices internal to the files, including image files, will be left intact and unchanged. Author names and Credit links will remain in the credit line footer of all Nuke generated pages. Additional copyrights by template authors will apply.

Therefore I seek written permission for:

1. The redistribution of any nukemods theme packs or information with complete stand-alone applications.

2. The redistribution of any nukemods theme packs or information with or as a collection of any kind.

Nukemods.com credits to the support of my venture will be of course shown.

To make things perfectly clear the only charges I will be making are for the provision of hosting and (if required) site production. All files, online support and site installations are to be free.
