Hey guys just wanted to point out a site that has two awesome looking themes for the fantasy genre, which I know many nuke sites happen to be used for.

Oh and look at all the calls for modules that site looks very, very nuke like if you ask me. They are even using the menalto gallery so many of us use.

Anyways I love the background textures they have used here as well as the images for the blocks and what not. Much better than the only current fantasy based theme available so far, Chronicles.

Anyways I know you guys will run out of themes to port soon and may be looking for ideas of custom themes to make, well I would love something along those lines!!

i definitely would agree with something like that. we need more unique themes for nuke/phpbb. seems as if we just keep changing colors and renaming the themes heh.

Custom themes are great, and will happen. I'd have to say that we are doing a little more than "changing colors and renaming themes" though. Many hours of work go into each of these themes, and the forum styles are modded and improved upon.

nonono dont get me wrong here. im not saying anything is wrong with it. and cb, you know you guys are doing great work. im only talking about the looks, not the effort put into making the looks and improving the themes.

Well I think it all depends on what someone is looking for! I will admit that some of the skins that were posted on this thread are really cool looking! But they don't seem practical for everyday use! At least for me!
ColdBlooded stats a very good point that their is a lot of time and effort that goes in to making skins! Their is a lot more than just changing colors and names! (although I know what you really meant) I really like the themes on this site and that is why I visit often! Right now I make Window XP skins (try to anyway) So I understand how much time and effort go in to each one! Plus their are many other things that you have to work with that creates problems! I think the hardest part about making skins is an image may look good in one place but then looks awful somewhere eles! You have to make a skin all work to together and make it look good to! Not an easy task and most people don't have the patience to make skins! But anyway, I enjoy the site here!
