With the up and coming release of White Wolf's (under the production team from Guardians of Order) 'A Game of Thrones' RPG, I realized that there wasn't any RPG site devoted to the setting. Or at least none that did what I wanted to do.

My site uses PHPNuke to manage the site which is primarily based around user submissions and discussion. Players of RPG's who want to use the setting in the Song of Ice & Fire series, can meet, discuss and share ideas as well as submit content for publication to the main page.

In this manner, I'd be emulating the styles set down by www.canonfire.com and www.diamondthrone.com

Unfortunately, I suck at graphics. I can manage the PHP end ok, but graphics is my weak point. I've previously tried to request help on this matter from www.kalgash.com whose themes I quite like, but got no answer.

I'd like to therefore offer a commission to anyone who is skilled enough to create a theme as clean and well thought out as the top of the line ($30) themes for sale on the Kalgash site. I would not be willing to pay until final approval of the theme for use on my site, or after some negotiation and examples of work have been presented so that I can be assured of quality.

I'm willing to pay up to $50 US for a total theme, including custom logos and icons of a quality equal to the Kalgash themes if you wish to resell the theme elsewhere.

If you don't want to resell it or publish it anywhere and I gain exclusive rights to the theme, I'm willing to pay up to $150 US. Keep in mind, that this will mean you would have no right to use the theme elsewhere or publish it or resell it to anyone as it would not be your theme anymore. I'd also require a legally binding contract to be signed towards that end.

The theme would also have to be, obviously, designed around the concepts of the setting so a familiarity with the books is desired, although not required. Essentially, "dracarys" means dragon fire in the books. The site as I visualize it would be black with gold and red, although since I'm not artistically inclined, perhaps that's not the best choice, so I'd capitulate to the artists recommendations.
