Killerbee is well respected member of this board, it is not your right to come on here and talk about copyright unless you have factually proof.

There has been no CodeEdits on badhq.com and your name remains in the footer. If your not happy with that, then you shouldnt release themes out to the public.

You own notting in that theme and I would put money on it that you dont have any copyright on any images or themes you have. All you have is your hard work which iam sure your collecting nicely with your donations block and fair play your entitled to it. Iam also wondering if paypal, in there policys allow, using Donations as a payment system for products.

So for now, once again do you have a legal issue with badhq.com as of now ? and would you be so kind as to explain what it is so it can be corrected or are you going to back off ?

Who made the them? i did. Who put in hard work on it? i did. Who has the right over it? i do. Who has the copyright? i do. Who are again? NO one. Who are you to ask me questions or point in such directions? NO one.
and for your kind information have you ever heard of the product by godaddy called "C-Site"? i suggest you go look there.
and i would strogly recomend you back off. you have absolutely NO right over this or to tell me what i do with my themes or how i do them.

if you would be kind enough to go to my site and then to downloads. Read the disclaimer there. you agree to it and then then you download. meaning when you download the themes you are automaticaly covred by those rules. makes sense?

and once again i am a bit lost lol. why is that you being a partial violator of my rules throwing legal notices and threats at me?
