I have been doing a lot of searching and some reason cannot find what I am looking for. My problem is that I installed 2.9 and for some reason I cannot get my blocks to show on the right side of my pages, I have tried everything at this point and would really like to get some advice on what to do at this point.

The system seems to be running fine and I don’t have any other problems with the exception that I cannot add a new client to my banners list, it just seem to load but takes forever without any results. The block issue is what I really need to take care of. This morning I did get some advice to chance some of the script in the themes areas however this did not work at all and I still cannot place my blocks on the right side of my pages. I do activate them but they don’t show.

I hope that someone can help me get to the bottom of this, if anyone would like to see the site to see what I am talking about there are about 4 blocks that are on the right at this moment, and you will see that they are not showing.
