No offense or nothing but there are a couple of things you might want to consider before requesting a logo

1) Youre site isnt even up yet.
2) Youre not following the proper format for logo request's.
3) Youre requesting a lot of work because of the flash animation involved.

The first thing i would do is to read the guide on php nuke so you have a better understanding of how to set your site up (whats the use of a logo if you dont know how to insert it on youre nuke site).
