Uploading a template to geocities.com ?
Hey im new here and don`t know much about php. I have a geocities site and was wanting to use one off the templates of this site. Can any of you help me with this ?

You must install PHP-Nuke first and it must be up and running with no errors.
The theme packs on this site are ONLY themes, they are not complete websites or PHP-Nuke.

ok cheers for the quick response. Im gonna go ahead and install PHP-NUKE, well try to anyway. I just download it, unzip and FTP to site ??

Does geocities support PHP? You also need a MySQL database.


I answered my own ?
Looks like you have to have the PRO package to have MySQL support.

yup it supports php and i have downloaded phpnuke, unzipped it and ftp`d it to a sud-directory on the site. Sorry about this im a newbie. The download come with a SQL folder and i have uploaded that too.

ok ive setup PHPNUKE on geocities. But it isnt letting my login

Ive signed up as admin and entered my user,pass, email, etc... But when i go to login it says "Login Incorrect! Please Try Again..."

so i clicked on Lost your Password? and it says its sent a code to my email, yet nothing has come through ?

What is wrong ?? im starting to lose my temper with it, this is the 2nd time ive set it up and i get the same results.

Please can some1 help, cheers.
