Yes thats it, upload the new replacement image to :

themes/subBlack3d/forums/images/
subBlack
themes/subBlack/images/

themes/subBlack3dBlue/forums/images/
I'll assume you are keeping the name of your image the same: logo.gif
Or should I say the same format .gif
