I found the problem actually. There was a heap of files that my ftp client didn't overwrite and didn't prompt me about when I installed the port. I had to go through the log files in folder to check which files were uploaded and which weren't, and then manually upload through IE instead of my ftp client (don't know why it isn't working properly) Most of the files that were supposed to be overwritten when installing the port weren't, but all of the new files were loaded. I think the only one that was actually overwritten was module.php

So I've just finished uploading, and am going to test again.....
