I don't see my username over there .. but only found the user_level .. and I don't even see that Value column you have in the screenshot :s !

where can i locate my username in the nuke databse ?!!!!!

another problem I faced .. When i registered a new user .. I have received the usual confirmation e-mail but when I clicked it took me to 'The webpage cannot be found' !!! what's the problem !?! how can I fix that !!
