I managed to get it sorted this was thwe problem
my main name on site as admin and member as Boris ( when I granted my self all the admins it was fine ) I changed my name to -=B.A.D=-Boris ( still with admin rights ) I was messing around the other day on site creating user groups and thats when I lost my admin Level
( reason I think it would not let me set my self as admin anyone who knows sql will know that characters like '=' <<< will mess up sql databse so thats why it was not saving me as admin it was thinking i was tring to hack the site
So all I did was changed my name back to Boris granted my self Admin checked it and it was still granted then changed my name back to -=B.A.D=-Boris and wolla it works Perfect
