The thing is that the site will be used be various skilled users, and I think most of them wouldnt know how to do and think it is to complicated.
So if you have any suggestion of an easier way to do it, it would be great.

I have the same type of audience at Lifesupporters.com and all I did was make a sticky on how to actually post an image.
You can definitely add an image uploading or attachment mod to your nuke website, I'd just worry about security not to mention bandwidth and overall forum aesthetic.
Maybe you can try a
file uploader and see if that works for you.
