i want downloads forum main page Recent Posts Block, but i dont found this block.

help me pls.

Look in your theme pack in the blocks folder. The block should be there.

how can I show the last 5 recent topic as a list on my discussion boards main page

Install the block that came with your theme, it does it automatically.

Upload the block to your blocks folder.
Go into admin, click on blocks
Go past the list of blocks there will be a place to add new blocks
Name the block, find it in the drop down list, activate it.

I guess you missunderstand me, I dont want this on my site's homepage, I want it to appear on my discussion boards main page. LIke the one named as recent topics on top of this page http://www.nukemods.com/modules.php?name=Forums

It is called at a glance and you can find it on http://www.portedmods.com
search for that in the downloads, you will find it listed in the category under nuke 6.0 but it also works with nuke 6.5
