Re-DOWNLOAD the Site Visitors block and upload it.
I had to remove some code that may be the cause. I would post the code that you need to remove, but the forum filtering won't let me.

I just installed the login you mentioned and it seems to work without any problems. I also made sure that all the information in my preferences is correct. But still... it doesn't work.

I tried to upload the visitor block again, but also without any luck
