I don't know of any to be perfectly honest. Usually when you get a free site, it's part of an already established cms and is usually just a forum, not a full working site. I hope someone else here has seen something because I have yet to run into what your describing.

I have 2 tripod sites, they're free package is really good, 20.00 mb of disk space & 1.0 gb of bandwith, it's also a full site not a forum, i have no idea how to use bandwith mind...
