Ok, I believe this topic answers the question that I have. Probably a stupid question but here goes anyway.
I am uploading (using WS_FTP) and following the instructions.
This is the only point I wanted to be sure about

Does this mean folder contents in it's entirety, keeping the files in the folders they are in?

- Upload all files IN the HTML folder to your nuke root. Nuke root is the location of your nuke site where admin.php, config.php, and mainfile.php are located. Do NOT upload any files from the resources folder to your nuke root. Those are not part of the installation files. Only upload the html folder's contents
