I purchased and uploaded the new upgrade of PHPNuke 8.1.

1. It doesn't show that it upgraded it at all.

2. For some reason now I cannot get my smilies on the Forum to show up. The files are in the correct folder and I have my own smilie pak I created and generally upload in the folder and it isn't seeing it. There are no smilies showing whatsoever.

Can anyone advise me on what I might be doing wrong? I'd appreciate it greatly.
