Fixed it myself. I'm sure there's a technical way to go in and edit your Default Theme in MY SQL Data base and MyphpAdmin, but here's what I did...

I just upload my original default theme again after I renamed as the theme that caused the issue. That got my website back, then I went into Administration>Preferences and changed the problem theme back to my good theme. Then I deleted the bad theme and everything is back to normal.
