Hi, I want to install another theme from here it comes with the forum also, but I dont want to lose the stuff I have on the site now and on the forum

can someone tell me how to install another theme? (the theme that im gonna download also comes with phpbb2 just like the one im using now)

You just upload the theme to your themes folder on your FTP.
You don't lose or change any data.

Just upload the theme to your themes folder, you will of course need to edit the logo.gif image to match your site and if you have added any forum mods that require modifications to the forum template (and most do) you will have to apply those to the new theme.
