wassupwestcoast
heres the deal.
If you wish to install nuke, you will be creating a whole new site.

If you wish to keep your site, and just add mods for phpBB (blocks on the left or right) I would suggest that you look at www.phpbb.com or
http://smartor.is-root.com/portal.php

These are both really good sites to get the blocks (MODS) from.

Just thought I would throw that suggestion to you.

OMFG...I hate to be rude but here goes.
If it is too complicated to read and understand the Nuke Idiots Guide and the many other help tutorials on the Net (Search is a wonderful tool), then MAYBE Nuke is not for you.
You can't expect someone to take time out of their life to spoon feed you along the way.
Yes this is a Help Forum, but frankly it is NOT geared towards the beginners. There are other Nnuke Help forums out there for that.

READING is the KEY and UNDERSTANDING is the DOOR.

YOU HAVE TO READ and UNDERSTAND.

UNLESS you have some money and want to pay someone to install Nuke for you.
or
UNLESS there is someone out there wiling to walk you along the way one little baby step at a time.

If you have NO webexperience as far as Webdesign goes with HTML or anything similar, then I would not advise jumping into Nuke with no knowledge or expect anyone to help you every little step along the way. That is what all these tutorials etc. are for. And readme and install text files. AGAIN, you have to READ and UNDERSTAND, plain and simple. IF you do not understanmd it, then it is not for you.
