ok so what that means is that they never finshed the theme, you can try and create the forums area, but if you know as much about it as me you will just find a different theme that DOES have the forums folder...

LOL Good luck..

http://www.nukemods.com/modules.php?...ck3d#dldetails

go download that theme and you will see what I mean.

If you read the Discription on it it says"The PHP-Nuke theme "fiblack3d" as well as the matching phpbb2 style it was inspired by" what they are saying there is that the fourms area HAS been also finshed..

Then THAT theme had been finshed, I'm sure that they did finsh SOME of them 100% but if you look you will also find that some do not have that folder...thouse are the problem themes unless you do not plan on using the forums are of the website, then they are fine..

Why do you say that?? If you download the theme that HE is using you will find that that folder doesn't exist. but the theme that you downloaded DOES have the folder is it would work just fine.

I never prove myself wrong...I just clarify my handle "Qlueless" :P
