i have phpnuke 8.1 install and i find that great theme noteBored on you test side theme is it blocks bothe in the left center right on my side i only can get the left an center the right block don't have try to edit do i have the wrong version ? install ore is there something to change ??

I highly recommend you dont use v8.1 either it has no security, I recomend using 7.6 from RavenPhpScripts plus they have over 10,000 fixes that includes loads of security too !

Although, I am not your father so you can find the fix located below....

Open up the theme.php of the theme you wish to fix. OPEN AND FIND:

REPLACE WITH

Code:

if (defined('INDEX_FILE')) {

This should fix your issue.
