how to add pages to Modules and add pages to blocks?? -

hi steve here,im new to php..
dose anyone know how to add pages to Modules
i can put names in Modules but click on them and it says Sorry, such file doesn't exist... can you help in adding pages.
and add pges to blocks
i can make blocks but do not know how to add content pages
