How do you stop the Flash header from reloading each time -

Hi,
I've got a flash nav bar setup in my header. Life is good.
But to me it looks a little unprofessional to have the nav bar reload each time a person changes modules.
Anyone know a way to either lock or freeze the header so its not loaded each time the user changes modules?
