hey i dont know how to install the 7.8 php-nuke.... i was wondering if i can install the 7.8 php-nuke thing into my site?? Or can you give me good installing instrunctions on how to install it?? ty

There should be installation instructions in the zipped folder along with the items to download.

Since you seem to be just starting out, why not use a far better version of phpnuke that is more reliable, stable and secure? It also comes with an easy to follow installer:
