I think I know what you mean :?:

Basically you have 2 accounts on your site

1, being your admin account which you use for setting things up

2, your regular account, which you can give yourself "Forum" Adminstrator rights etc..

You should only login (admin.php) when your setting things up, this is the only time your going to see all Hidden or Inactive Modules

As a regular Member (even set as Forum Administrator) you wont see these modules.

Is that what you mean.......

Or if your just not going to use certain Modules at all (ever), just delete them from your Root/ modules directory.
