hi guys need some help

i have too problems but will list sepratly so dont confuse anyone

ok im using platinum 7.6
when someone click on the lost password link they get a message telling them that the board does not have access to email, i have all the right setting in the forum configuration and it as been working in the pass but does not want to work now, can anyone tell me where the hell to start looking
