SIMPLE QUESTION - How to add a page in nuke!!! - 11-04-2004, 10:20 PM

Hey, I know its a very simple question but I have never seen it answered anywhere.
In my 'Modules' block where the main navigation of my site is located, (e.g. home, forums, downloads) How can I make a plain page in phpnuke for me to write in, place html, images and more?
And how can I place a link to it in that 'modules' block (e.g. the story behind the clan)

And also, how can I make not just a link to my extra plain pages, but how can I add a link in the 'module's block to link to a website (e.g. google.com)

??? any help???

Either you have to create a custom block or just edit the block-modules.php, read more @ http://www.nukemods.com/modules.php?...ewtopic&t=4019

Yeh thanks that worked, but you only answer one question.

I still need to know (now that i know how to add a link) to make the plain custom page that i said before, that contains images, html code, writing, etc.

Websites have LOADs of webpages, I just want to know how to ADD a page in phpnuke.

You can use the sections or content modules, that are included by default with nuke to do so.

Either do what gen says or create your own module using the module creator - http://www.nukemods.com/modules.php?...ex&func=Module

Thanks but once ive made my page, how can I add a link to it?

Activating Content just brings up a page with all my pages on it,
I dont want that, I want it so I can basically have a link in the Modules block for EACH page,(e.g. members, info, about us, etc)

Yea im having problems with this too..

Basically, i have a clansite www.ed-clan.com and i would like to add a members page too this (not the one already provided when you install phpnuke which gives a list of all the people who have registered on your site) but a list of the members in my clan.

Then entering text onto it (but not in story form like on the main page.

If these have already been answered point me in the right direction thanks.

Guys....if you read the help for module creator it will answer all of your questions. Once you create the module and activate it, it's added to your menu as a link to it's content. Read the help here: http://www.nukemods.com/modules.php?...unc=HelpModule
