Site Design help

I just uploaded my site and was changes some setting in preferences, then i saved it. how long after would these changes take effect. I'ts been about 3hrs since if done it and when i go to my site it completely blank.

It sounds like your selected theme is installed incorrectly.

All site changes take affect immediately after uploading and a page refresh.

Thats why you create Test account when u install new theme, this way if you havent installed it correctly, it will only efect that test account and not rest of the site Peace Boris

Ok cool. I got my site back to the admin page. and i want to upload a theme how/or where do i select the theme that i want
